  • Groundwork
    Rows of Slabs 
    Embedding rows of slabs directly onto soil. 3" x 2" Tanalaised Bearers with a DPC (damp proof membrane) are recommended to go on top.
    Concrete Base 
    Thickness approx 6" around edge & 3-4" in middle, with a damp membrane to stop rising damp.  Steel mesh on sizes 12' x 8' and over. 
    Platform Base
    Constructed out of 4" x 4" Tanalised posts (designed for very un-level gardens) concreted in the ground
