Planning Permission

The majority of garden buildings we produce will not require planning permission, but it is always sensible to check if you are in any doubt.

The need to apply for planning permission is not just dependent upon the size or height of your garden building, but also where it is to be placed in your garden in relation to your house and boundary and whether your property is listed or in a designated protected area.

Please have a look at our Planning Questions Guide to find out whether your project needs any permissions or go to the following government planning portal:

Burtenshaw Garden Buildings accept no liability for ensuring compliance with any specific

planning requirements.

We have an extensive range of buildings on display at our showsite in Pembury. Please follow the links below for more details.
